• Dental Implantology has undergone several paradigm shifts over the years, with new techniques, materials, and technologies emerging that have revolutionized the field. Here are some examples of paradigm shifts in dental implantology which will be discussed during the session
• Contemporary Concept of 3D proper implant placement: involve the use of advanced digital technologies such as cone-beam computed tomography (CECT), computer-aided design (CAD), and computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) to plan and execute precise implant placement.
• Rational of short Implant: The use of shorter implants has become a paradigm shift in dental implantology, allowing for more treatment options for patients with limited bone height. Short implants have been shown to have high success rates, making them a reliable and cost-effective alternative to longer implants.
